Day 1 - Arrival
Arriving at Asia Spa Hotel, Varberg.
Lunch at local restaurant by the Fortress in Varberg harbour.
Introduction to Asia Spa and the various facilities.
Yoga Class and Deep Relaxation.
Dinner at Hotel.

Pilates Class

Day 3
Pilates Class

Market Day in Varberg (craft, clothes, food etc.)
Dinner at the award winning Restaurant Salt & Vatten at Varbergs Kurort (another Spa)

Day 4
Free morning

Excursion to Åkulla Bokskog (nature reserve) for walk around a beautiful lake, followed by lunch by the lake.

Flight is approx. ££100 return (incl. taxes) with Ryanair.

Please try to book the following Ryanair flights:
Sun 19 June, 07.10am flight from Stansted, flight no. FR966 (arriving Gothenburg 10.15am) and the
Thu 23 June, 22.00 flight from Gothenburg City Airport, flight no. FR969 (arriving at Stansted 22.50).

Transfer to and from the airport by mini bus (approx. 1 hour) will only be available for these flights. If you fly any other time you can take a train to Varberg from Gothenburg Central Station.

Transfer with mini bus is £35 per person each way.
