I am so excited to have the opportunity to include this weekend in my schedule for 2012. Both The Law of Attraction and Yoga has been a passion of mine for many years and these two subjects now come together beautifully at this weekend.
Most of you will be familiar with Yoga, but maybe some of you are less familiar with The Law Of Attraction, and how this fits in with Yoga. See the box to the Right and also more information further down.

Yoga is a fantastic tool for creating balance on all levels - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It allows us to get in touch with our own body and to gently work on blockages that are present there. Any pain, stiffness or discomfort in the body is a reflection of our thoughts and emotions. Through yoga postures, breathing, meditation and deep relaxation much of this can be improved or even resolved. Yoga also improves the flow of energy (prana in sanskrit) which puts us in touch with Who We Really Are or our Inner Self. Through Yoga we can access our Intuition which guides us to what we need to do in order to create the life we want. In the West we have largely forgotten this deeper aspect of Yoga, but it is still there waiting for us to tap into.
No previous Yoga experience is required.

Learning how to create the life you want
The Law of Attraction states. . . ‘That which is like itself is drawn’. In other words, like attracts like. Your thoughts, your words, your feelings, your actions all put forth a specific energy vibration and thus attract to you that of like energy. . . whether it be positive or negative.
And, because the Law of Attraction is responding to the thoughts and feelings you hold at all times, it is accurate to say that you are creating your own reality.
Fortunately, here in our physical time- space reality things do not manifest into our experience instantaneously. There is a buffer of time between when we begin to think about something and when it actually manifests. This buffer of time gives us the opportunity to redirect our attention more and more in the direction of that which we truly do want to manifest into our life experience.
You are always utilizing the Law of Attraction whether you know that you are or not. Because it is inherent in everything that you do, you cannot stop using it. With this being so, it would be beneficial to deliberately utilize the Law of Attraction for the achievement of that which you desire.
Since the Law of Attraction is always responding to your thoughts, a deliberate focusing of your thoughts is very important. As you choose a thought, the Law of Attraction will act upon that thought and will attract more thoughts like it. . . thus, making that original thought even more powerful.
When you see something you would like to experience and you say, “yes, I would like to have that,” through your attention to it you invite it into your life experience. Likewise, when you see something that you do not want to experience and you say, “No, I do not want that,” you still invite it into your life. Where thoughts go, energy flows!
Rose-Marie has worked in the holistic area for 30 years. She is a British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher, a qualified Pilates Teacher and Meditation Teacher (post graduate British Wheel of Yoga Meditation & Personal Development training with Maarten Vermaase), Astrologer, Healer (NFSH) and You Can Heal Your Life Cert. Facilitator (based on Louise Hay’s work) and works internationally.
Rose-Marie has, for a very long time, been fascinated by how our thoughts and feelings affect our bodies and everything around us and believe passionately in our capacity to heal and turn around any situation to create a fulfilling and happy life. Rose-Marie has studied The Law of Attraction and related subjects for many years and is particularly inspired by Esther & Jerry Hicks, Eckhart Tolle, Dr Wayne Dyer, Dr Joe Vitale, Dr John Demartini, Louise Hay, Cheryl Richardson, Michael Beckwith, The Dalai Lama, Godfrey Devereux, David Wolfe and many other teachers within the body-mind-spirit area.
Rose-Marie’s Yoga classes are an inspirational blend of different style with an emphasis on a flowing style of yoga – sequences of postures – suitable for both beginners and intermediate students. Classes include specific exercises, designed by Rose-Marie (from her holistic back care method The Sorokin Method) for releasing tension, stiffness and tightness in the muscles as this is hugely important for improving our wellbeing. She sees Yoga as an invaluable tool for connecting to our Inner Being or Sacred Self, which is the true ‘goal’ of Yoga.
Aylesford Priory, built in 1242, is situated in the Heart of Kent on the outskirts of the historic village of Aylesford and next to the River Medway. A beautiful setting with a very peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. The classes take place in the Priory Conference Centre. All meals are included and vegetarian options are available.
Accommodation is in comfortable single or twin rooms. Shared bathrooms and showers (but plenty of them).

Aylesford Priory is situated 4 miles outside Maidstone in Kent. Easily accessible from the M25/M20 (approx 1 hours drive from London). The nearest train station is Aylesford Station (but no taxis available here - 30 min walk) or West Malling Station (taxi station - 10 min to the Priory).
The price for the weekend is £265 per person
This includes shared accommodation (single room supplement £20), full board, yoga classes and workshops.
Deposit is £80 (non returnable). Full payment is due 16 April 2012.
